I've been looking for the perfect bolero hat for ages, but I always ended up not going for it because I was afraid it wouldn't fit (I have a large head and thick hair, which means many OS hats are too tight). But when I saw this beauty on sale, and that it allowed me to choose the size I wanted, I was so tempted - I hemmed and hawed for a week or two, measured and re-measured my head, and finally went for it. The hat arrived beautifully packaged and it fits like a dream. It's everything I've been wanting in a flat-brimmed hat - stylish, classic, light, 100% wool, and well- made. Couldn't be happier.
I received promptly (4 or 5 days), packaged in a good, to be used hat box. Considering the very reasonable price, I was very pleased with my hat. I was very much wanting this color--liked very much. I very much like the gambler crown and the brim is a great size. Added my own hatband and so happy.

I really liked the style of this hat but the crown was too low and the hat too big around, so it rested on the top of my head and would blow off too easily. There is no band inside the hat, so really no way to snug up the fit. This hat might work better for someone whose head is more round. I had to return it.
