We obsessively wear-test our own designs. The results are a highly wearable, true-to-size fit that only improves with time. Keep in mind that full-grain leather will relax and mold to your unique foot shape, so if your new shoes feel a bit snug around the top and sides of your foot, don’t sweat it. What matters most is getting the length right. Here is a guide to get you started:

Foot length: Place the short edge of the paper against a wall and your foot on top, making sure your heel and the paper are in line with the wall. With the pencil, mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe. Now with your measuring tape or ruler, you can measure the distance between the paper’s edge and the pencil mark. Repeat these steps with the other foot. Use the chart to find which size corresponds to your largest measurement.

Foot width: You can use the same method as above or step directly onto the ruler or tape measure. Measure the flat width across the widest part (the ball) of your foot. Make sure to put all your weight onto the foot for a generous measurement!

Guava low tops

Happy Mother's Day to me from my husband! He ordered my normal shoe size. I was a bit nervous about the fit because my feet are a little on the wide side and I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough. After wearing them a couple times now, they've stretched noticeably. They're still a tiny bit snug on my pinky toes, but barely noticeably. Hopefully they'll stretch a tad more, but even if they don't, I'm good! ❤️
