Best Rate orders will be shipped by FedEx and/or USPS. In some cases, orders may originate with FedEx Ground and be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. 

A Bit Faster orders will be shipped by FedEx Home Delivery for most addresses. P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship with USPS Priority. 

When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along on your order's journey to you!


To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition it was sent and repackaged in the original packaging. Bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. In order to return an item, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays) and we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Each return is subject to an $8 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives in our facility.


Please note that it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process your refund, so if your funds have not yet arrived in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. If your bank is unable to assist, please contact us at
