You turn, only to find it lying on the ground several feet away, dusty and misshapen - a mere shadow of the glorious accessory it once was.

Storing Your Wool Hat
To preserve the shape and integrity of your Lark, Aria, or Brexley hat, stuff the crown with tissue or paper and either place the hat in a hat box, leave it on a flat surface, or hang it flat against a wall to ensure that the brim stays straight.

Hat Cleaning & Maintenance*

Hat Brush
Use a hat brush to help remove dust and dirt from the surface of your hat. For the best results, gently brush the hat with counter-clockwise circular strokes. -
Lint Roller
Use a sheet of lint roller paper or sticky tape–sticky side out–to gently sweep and pat the surface of your hat. Replace the tape as needed.
If the brim of your hat is misshapen, use steam or an iron to press it back into shape on a flat surface. Take care not to burn your hat by placing cloth between your hat and an iron when ironing.
*We do not recommend submerging your hat in water or using harsh chemicals and/or soaps to clean your hat.
Finding Your Fit
The Lark, Aria, and Brexley have been thoughtfully and carefully designed, so each style will vary slightly in how they fit. Use the below information and size guides to determine what size will work best for you.
Now, there are two different ways to measure your noggin depending on how you want to wear your hat. Would you prefer to wear your hat evenly across your head like a talented quartet member? If so, a Traditional measurement will probably suit you best. Want to wear it tilted toward the heavens not unlike an angel with a wool halo? Then a Halo measurement will work wonders for you! What you’ll need:
- Your noggin'
- A soft tape measure or piece of string
- Ruler (if using string)
- A buddy to provide a helping hand, if needed
Traditional
- Place your measuring tape around your head over your occipital bone (located on back of head).
- Bring the tape around to the front of your head until the ends of your tape overlap; position the tape mid-forehead just above the ears. Make sure the tape sits comfortably, as this is where your hat will sit.
- Check your measuring tape and find the corresponding size on our Hat Size Chart. If you’re using string to measure your head, use a ruler to record its length.
- Find the corresponding size on our Hat Size Chart.
Halo
- Place your measuring tape around your head over your occipital bone.
- Bring the tape around to the front of your head until the ends of your tape overlap; position the tape at the top of your forehead near your hairline. Make sure the tape sits comfortably, as this is where your hat will sit.
- Check your measuring tape and find the corresponding size on our Hat Size Chart. If you’re using string to measure your head, use a ruler to record its length.
